What’s my username?

• Your username will be the name of your store in one word (with OV at the start for clinics and MPW for MPW Stores).
• EG. brownsplains, mpwmooneeponds, ovsouthmorang

What’s my password?

• Your password is the same as your username. It can be changed in Account settings but we recommend not changing to prevent confusion. 

How do I update my account details (email address, delivery address, store manager name)?

• Go into MY ACCOUNT and select from the pages on the left to update details.

How much is delivery?

• All BF, MPW and OV stores pay a flat rate of $35 inc. GST per delivery. If multiple orders are placed, there will be multiple delivery charges.

What do I do if I want custom artwork?

• Please contact Best Friends Marketing department for all custom artwork enquiries.

What branding will I receive?

• You will receive branding based on your stores branding theme. You will not need to select branding when placing orders.

When will we be invoiced?

• Stores will be invoiced once all items have been despatched. You do not need to pay through this website at all.

I need store manager business cards, where do I put details for my store manager?

• Once in checkout stage, you will be able to input ORDER NOTES, please put in any details here.

How much is it for category/treat signage?

• On all items that are PICK AND PACK only, you will only pay one charge of $15, regardless of how many you order, it is a set price. It is encouraged for stores to re-order category signage as required to ensure stores are presented well.
